Verbundprojekt "Software-Defined Manufacturing für die Fahrzeug- und Zulieferindustrie - SDM4FZI"; Teilprojekt "Modulares Planungssystem für die wandlungsfähige Produktion"

Abstract

Ziel des Vorhabens war die Erstellung einer modularen Planungslösung, die den Anforderungen einer wandlungsfähigen Produktion gerecht wird. Dazu sollten unterschiedliche (Sub-)Module konzipiert und entwickelt werden, die sich zu einer, zur konkreten Ausprägung des Produktionssystems und Planungsproblems passenden Planungs-Software kombinieren lassen. Dabei ging es nicht um die Erarbeitung einer konkreten, "statisch"-passgenauen Lösung, sondern um die Erforschung einer robust ausgestalteten Lösung, die unkompliziert und ohne Implementierungsaufwand auf die jeweils aktuelle Ausprägung der wandlungsfähigen Produktion abgestimmt werden kann. Vor diesem Hintergrund konnte flexis im Projekt ein umfangreiches Konzept zur Modularisierung von Planungswerkzeugen erarbeiten, eine prototypische Planungssoftware sowie ein datenbasiertes Kopplungslogik für die verschiedenen und flexibel konfigurierbaren Module entwickeln. Dem liegt ein neuartiges durchgängiges Datenmodell zugrunde, über das unterschiedliche Planungssysteme miteinander gekoppelt werden können - und das so offen gestaltet ist, dass neue Planungssysteme bzw. neue Module einfach integriert werden können. The aim of the project was to create a modular planning solution that meets the requirements of a versatile production system. To this end, various (sub)modules were to be designed and developed that could be combined to form planning software tailored to the specific characteristics of the production system and planning problem. The aim was not to develop a specific, “static” solution, but to research a robust solution that could be easily adapted to the current form of adaptable production without any implementation effort. Against this background, flexis was able to develop a comprehensive concept for the modularization of planning tools, prototype planning software, and data-based coupling logic for the various flexibly configurable modules. This is based on a novel, integrated data model that can be used to link different planning systems with each other - and is designed to be so open that new planning systems or new modules can be easily integrated.
