TEX 4.0 – Enabling Industry 4.0 Skills in Textile SMEs

Abstract

Dieses Handbuch wurde im Rahmen des Projekts TEX 4.0: Enabling Industry 4.0 Skills in Textile SMEs Erasmus+Project entwickelt, das von der EU kofinanziert wird. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, einen Lehrplan zu entwickeln, der auf den Bedürfnissen von Ausbildern und Lernenden in der beruflichen Bildung (VET) im Bereich neuer digitaler Technologien für die Textil- und Bekleidungsindustrie basiert. Es enthält einführende Informationen zu folgenden Themen: Automatisierung der Textil- und Bekleidungsindustrie, Augmented Reality und virtuelles Prototyping, additive Fertigung (3D-Druck), CAD und CAM in der Bekleidungsindustrie, Robotik, Internet der Dinge, intelligente Textilien und Stoffe, soziale Auswirkungen von Textil 4.0, künstliche Intelligenz, Big Data, digitaler Produktpass und Lieferkettenmanagement. Die Inhalte sind so aufbereitet, dass sie überwiegend für Interessierte ohne Vorkenntnisse in diesem Bereich verständlich sind. Sie sollen einen Überblick über diese Technologien geben und zur Aufnahme einer beruflichen Ausbildung in diesem Bereich motivieren. The project aims to develop a curriculum based on the needs of vocational education (VET) trainers & learners in the field of new digital technologies for textile and clothing industry. Included is introductory information, related to following topics: automation of the textile and clothing industry, augmented reality and virtual prototyping, additive manufacturing (3D Printing) CAD and CAM in the clothing, Robotics, Internet of Thinks, Smart textiles and fabrics, Social Implications of Textile 4.0, Artificial intelligence, Big data, Digital product passport and supply chain management. The content is prepared to be understandable for interesting persons without any knowledge in the area. It has to provide overview of these technologies and motivation to start vocational education in this area.
