CoLab4DigiTwin - Collaboration for digital twin; Teilvorhaben: Kollaborationsplattform aus der Lieferantensicht (Mechanische Konstruktion, Prozessplanung und Simulation)

Abstract

Zusammenfassung der Arbeitsergebnisse für die Entwicklung einer Kollaborationsplattform für die Planung von Fertigungsstraßen im automobilen Großanlagenbau. Dabei wurde untersucht, wie die Zusammenarbeit in der Planungsphase mithilfe eines digitalen Zwillings effizienter gestaltet und perspektivisch auf den allgemeinen Maschinen- und Anlagenbau übertragen werden kann. Dazu musste die klassische Planungssicht um die Perspektiven aller beteiligten Gewerke erweitert und deren Informationen strukturiert zusammengeführt werden. Der digitale Zwilling soll dafür sorgen, dass Planungsstände, Dokumentationen und weitere relevante Inhalte gewerkeübergreifend auffindbar, nutzbar und gezielt erweiterbar werden. Summary of the work results for the development of a collaboration platform for planning production lines in large-scale automotive plant engineering. The project examined how collaboration during the planning phase can be made more efficient with the help of a digital twin and how the approach can be transferred in the future to general mechanical and plant engineering. To achieve this, the traditional planning perspective had to be expanded to include the perspectives of all participating disciplines, and their information had to be brought together in a structured way. The digital twin is intended to ensure that planning statuses, documentation and other relevant content can be found, used and selectively enriched across disciplines.
