Communities of Practice NRW für eine Innovative Lehrerbildung (ComeIn) - Qualitätsoffensive Lehrerbildung

Abstract

Im Verbund „ComeIn“ haben sich alle zwölf lehrerbildenden Hochschulen des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen (NRW) zusammengeschlossen. Sie kooperieren mit einer Vielzahl einschlägiger Vertreter*innen der zweiten und dritten Ausbildungsphase. Die Ausrichtung dieses breiten Akteurspektrums auf ein gemeinsames Ziel stellt in dem großen Bundesland in dieser Form ein Novum dar. Die Partner werden Konzepte und Produkte zur systematischen Förderung digitalisierungsbezogener Kompetenzen von Lehrpersonen erarbeiten. Gemeinsam verfügen sie dafür über eine umfassende, wissenschaftliche und schulpraktische Expertise, die jetzt gebündelt werden soll. In sog. Communities of Practice (CoP) wird die Expertise eingebracht, wechselseitige Lernprozesse werden angestoßen. Im Zentrum steht die produktorientierte Arbeit. Die Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln ist in leitender Funktion an der Weiterentwicklung der fachlichen bzw. fachdidaktischen Perspektive im Bereich Sport beteiligt. Gerahmt wird das Vorhaben zum einen durch den Willen der hier vertretenen Hochschulleitungen, die Ergebnisse des Verbundes für die Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Digitalisierungsstrategien für die lehrerbildenden Studiengänge nutzen werden. Zum anderen steht hinter dem Verbund die Bereitschaft des Ministeriums für Schule und Bildung und des Ministeriums für Kultur und Wissenschaft des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen, die Verbundergebnisse bei der Weiterentwicklung des Aus- und Fortbildungssystems zu berücksichtigen. Vor diesem Hintergrund kann der Verbund die erwarteten Synergieeffekte dieser umfassenden Kooperation voll auszuschöpfen.

All twelve teacher education universities in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) have joined forces in the "ComeIn" network. They cooperate with a large number of relevant representatives of the second and third phases of education. The alignment of this broad spectrum of players towards a common goal is a first in this form in this large federal state. The partners will develop concepts and products for the systematic promotion of digitalization-related skills for teachers. Together, they have extensive scientific and practical school expertise at their disposal, which is now to be pooled. The expertise will be contributed in so-called Communities of Practice (CoP) and mutual learning processes will be initiated. The focus is on product-oriented work. The German Sport University Cologne is involved in a leading role in the further development of the subject-specific and subjectdidactic perspective in the field of sport. On the one hand, the project is framed by the will of the university management represented here to use the results of the network for the further development of their own digitization strategies for teacher education courses. On the other hand, the network is backed by the willingness of the Ministry of Schools and Education and the Ministry of Culture and Science of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia to take the results of the network into account in the further development of the education system. Against this background, the alliance can fully exploit the expected synergy effects of this comprehensive cooperation.
