Spectrometric methods offer a high variety of potential applications, not only in highly specialised laboratories, but also in everyday medical practices, airports, and even space shuttles. Coupled to other analytical methods to achieve more accurate separation results, they generate a high amount of complex data which is hard to analyse manually without automated algorithms. The central goal of this thesis is, therefore, to develop efficient processing methods for three-dimensional spectrometric data.eng
