Verbundprojekt "Campus BWP MV" Individuum - Struktur - Qualität in der Lehrer*innenbildung für berufliche Schulen in M-V

Abstract

Im Verbundprojekt Campus BWP MV: Individuum – Struktur – Qualität in der Lehrer*innenbildung für berufliche Schulen in M-V arbeiten die Universität Rostock und die Hochschule Neubrandenburg zusammen, um Innovationen in der Lehrkräftebildung für berufliche Schulen anzustoßen. Das Projekt wurde vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) im Rahmen des Förderprogramms "Qualitätsoffensive Lehrerbildung" finanziell unterstützt und lief von 01.03.2020 bis 31.12.2023. Es besteht aus drei vernetzten (Teil-)Projekten (Campus Individuum und Campus Struktur an der Universität Rostock) sowie Campus Qualität (Hochschule Neubrandenburg). Zentrale Ergebnisse im Verbund:

Implementierung eines phasenübergreifenden Formats zur Qualitätsentwicklung der Lehrkräftebildung (siehe Teilprojekt Struktur) Reformierung der Studiengänge der Berufs- und Wirtschaftspädagogik: Erweiterung des Wahlbereichs, Einführung neuer Module und Etablierung einer Kooperationsstruktur zwischen den Standorten Neubrandenburg und Rostock (siehe Teilprojekt Stuktur, Individum und Qualität) Institutsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Gewinnung von Studierenden: Peer-to-Peer-Werbung an beruflichen Schulen, LehrerLandpartie, Schulmesse (siehe Campus Struktur) Entwicklung eines praktikumsbegleitenden E-Portfolios (Campus Qualität) und daraus weiterentwickelt eine Arbeitsgruppe zur Gestaltung einer kohärenten Lehrkräftebildung Impulsgeber für die Novellierung des Lehrerbildungsgesetzes (anhaltender Prozess) Öffnung von Modulen für Quer- und Seiteneinsteiger sowie Entwicklung eines berufsbegleitenden Studienkonzeptes für Quer- und Seiteneinsteiger (zur Abstimmung im Ministerium)

The project was financially supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) as part of the "Quality Offensive Teacher Education" funding program and ran from 01.03.2020 to 31.12.2023. Implementation of a cross-phase format for the quality development of teacher training (see sub-project Structure) Reform of the vocational and business education degree programs: expansion of the elective area, introduction of new modules and establishment of a cooperation structure between the Neubrandenburg and Rostock campuses (see sub-project Structure, Individual and Quality) Cross-institute cooperation to attract students: Peer-to-peer recruitment at vocational schools, teacher country tour, school fair (see Campus Structure) Development of an e-portfolio to accompany internships (Campus Quality) and, further developed from this, a working group to design coherent teacher training Providing impetus for the amendment of the Teacher Training Act (ongoing process) Opening of modules for lateral and side entrants and development of an in-service study concept for lateral and side entrants (for coordination in the ministry)
