Bibliotheken als Schlüsselakteure in der Weiterentwicklung von OEP an Hochschulen: Synergien für offenen Bildungszugang und länderübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

Abstract

Die Technische Informationsbibliothek (TIB) unterstützt als überregionale Bibliothek Lehrende an Hochschulen im Erstellen und Nachnutzen von Open Educational Resources (OER) und damit im Ausüben von Open Educational Practices (OEP). Dazu entwickelt die TIB nachhaltige OER-Infrastrukturen weiter, unterstützt Hochschulleitungen bei der Entwicklung von OER-Policies und fördert den Kompetenzaufbau der Lehrenden im Umgang mit OER. Weiterhin bringt sich die TIB aktiv in die länderübergreifende Vernetzung in diesen Bereichen ein und praktiziert damit OEP auf institutioneller Ebene. The Technische Informationsbibliothek (TIB) as a supra-regional library supports academic teaching staff in creating and reusing Open Educational Resources (OER) and thus in engaging in Open Educational Practices (OEP). The TIB develops sustainable OER-infrastructure, supports administrations of institutions of higher education in setting up OER policies, and promotes skill-development of teaching staff. Additionally, the TIB actively contributes to the set-up of cooperations beyond state borders and thus practices OEP on an institutional level.
