Communities of Practice NRW für eine Innovative Lehrerbildung (ComeIn) - Qualitätsoffensive Lehrerbildung

Abstract

Das Verbundprojekt ComeIn hatte sich zum Ziel gesetzt über alle drei lehrerbildende Phasen hinweg digitalisierungsbezogene Aspekte der Lehrkräfteausbildung in den Blick zunehmen und Fortbildungsformate zu entwickeln, die fachspezifisch einen interinstitutionellen Austausch zu aktuellen Fragen der Lehrerbildung ermöglichen. Am Standort Wuppertal wurden Weiterbildungsressourcen in Kooperation mit den jeweiligen Communities of Practice der Fachrichtungen Chemie, Informatik, Biologie, Kunst, Englisch und Sport entwickelt. Die Entwicklung der Ressourcen basierte auf dem aktuellen Forschungsstand. In Art und spezifischer Ausgestaltung unterschieden sich die Ressourcen entsprechend ihrer Fachanforderungen. Alle entwickelten Ressourcen wurden mit Studierenden der Bergischen Universität erprobt und in Lehrkräftefortbildungen eingesetzt. Die etablierten Fortbildungsformate werden fortgesetzt.

The joint project ComeIn aimed to focus on digitisation-related aspects of teacher training across all three teacher training phases and to develop further training formats that enable subject-specific inter-institutional exchange on current issues in teacher training. At the Wuppertal site, further education resources were developed in cooperation with the respective communities of practice in the fields of chemistry, computer science, biology, art, English and sport. The development of the resources was based on the current state of research. The type and specific design of the resources differed according to their subject requirements. All of the resources developed were trialled with students at the University of Wuppertal and used in teacher training courses. The established training formats will be continued.
