| dc.description.abstract | Dargestellt ist der Forschungsverbund InCa „A systems approach to dissect actionable heterotypic interactions of lung cancer cells with their microenvironment“, beantragt als Forschungskonsortium im Rahmen des Förderkonzeptes „e:Med – Maßnahmen zur Etablierung der Systemmedizin“. In diesem Verbund sollte mit Hilfe eines systematischen Ansatzes die heterotypischen Wechselwirkungen von Krebsellen mit ihrer Mikroumgebung untersucht werden und die mechanistische Verbindung zu Komorbiditäten identifiziert werden, wie z.B. entzündliche Prozesse mit Zell-autonomen Signalwegen in Lungenkrebszellen. Dieser systemmedizinische Ansatz sollte Beiträge für die Entwicklung neuartiger und synergistischer Wirkstoffkombinationen ermöglichen, die letztendlich wirksamere Behandlungen für Patienten bieten. | ger |
