In the subproject C of the collaborative project, comprehensive investigations were conducted on a flexibilized microgas turbine process as a cogeneration of heat and power application (CHP) for sewage treatment plants. The studies included process design studies of the CHP plant, the dimensioning of a pilot plant, and the networking and evaluation of the CHP plant with the sewage treatment plant. In addition to process considerations, estimations were made of the structural mechanical impact of flexibilized gas turbine operation on the compressor impeller of the gas turbine as one of the most critical component, as well as sensitivity analyses to verify the model accuracies. As a result, it was shown that the flexibilized gas turbine process can indeed have advantages against standard CHP plants based on engines or a commercially operated gas turbine.ger600 | TechnikKlärschlammvergasungMikrogasturbineflexible Kraft WärmekopplungEco-PIK: Ökoeffiziente prozessintegrierte Klärschlammverwertung - Kombination aus einer Klärschlammvergasung mit einer biologischen Methanisierung und einem flexibilisierten Mikrogasturbinenprozess; Teilprojekt CEco-PIK - Ecoefficient process integrated sewage sludge utilization - Combination of a sew-age sludge gasification with biological methanation in situ of anaerobic fermentation and a flexible micro gas turbine processReport39 SeitenAbschlussbericht7
