Gießener Offensive Lehrerbildung 2.0 - Bildungsbeteiligung, Reflexivität, Vernetzung

Abstract

Die „Gießener Offensive Lehrerbildung 2.0“ (GOL 2.0 ) war ein Strukturentwicklungsprojekt, das der Qualitätssicherung und -entwicklung der Lehrekräftebildung an der Justus-Liebig-Universität (JLU) Gießen diente und diese Prozesse systematisch mit den anderen Phasen der Lehrkräftebildung (Studienseminar, Fort- und Weiterbildung) respektive den verantwortlichen Institutionen verband. Geleitet durch die beiden Leitideen „Auf die Lehrkraft kommt es an“ und „Auf die Uni kommt es an“ spannten die Maßnahmen der zweiten Projektphase (2019- 2023) zur Verbesserung der Lehrkräftebildung deshalb den Bogen von der Phase des Kompetenzaufbaus während des Studiums (Professionalisierungskonzept, neu entwickelte Lehrkonzepte und Vernetzung der Lehrenden) über den Vorbereitungsdienst (Kooperation mit Studienseminaren sowohl in der Region als auch in anderen Bundesländern) bis in die berufsbegleitende Phase der Lehrkräftebildung (Fortbildungsprogramme, Vernetzung mit Campusschulen in der Region, Qualifikation von Mentor*innen, fachlich und fachdidaktisch orientierte Fortbildungsprogramme). Darüber hinaus schaffte die GOL 2.0 Anlässe und Strukturen zur systematischen und kontinuierlichen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Staatlichen Schulamt für den Landkreis Gießen und den Vogelsbergkreis, den Schulträgern in der Region und der Hessischen Lehrkräfteakademie. Im Rahmen der Projektlaufzeit entstanden Konzepte und Produkte, die sowohl für die Nutzung an der JLU künftig bereitstehen als auch nach der Projektförderung eine Breitenwirkung über die JLU hinaus erzielen können. In addition, GOL 2.0 created occasions and structures for systematic and continuous cooperation with the State Education Authority for the district of Giessen and the Vogelsberg district, the school authorities in the region and the Hessian Teachers' Academy. During the course of the project, concepts and products were developed that will be available for use at JLU in the future and can also have a broad impact beyond JLU after the project funding.
