- ItemWEA-Akzeptanz Datenplattform für Benchmarking & Validierung(2024) Könecke, Susanne; Schössow, Daphne; Preihs, Stephan; Grießmann, Tanja; Peissig, Jürgen; Rolfes, RaimungAs part of the project "WEA-Acceptance - From Acoustic Source to Psychoacoustic Assessment" extensive measurements were performed in the vicinity of wind turbines. Under various environmental conditions, acoustic data were recorded at different distances to the wind turbine, as well as meteorological and operational data were collected (FKZ 0324134A). In the project "WEA-Acceptance Data: Database for Benchmarking & Validation" presented in this report, the collected measurement data were processed, structurally stored and published in anonymized form. Documentations regarding the structuring and processing, an anonymized data set and three application examples are available to researchers on an open access platform of the Leibniz University Hannover (DOI: 10.25835/c2mv3d7z). The published data set contains operational, meteorological and acoustic data. The data were corrected, processed and anonymized so that relevant outliers were marked, and incorrect data were removed from the data set. For this, machine learning methods were used, among other approaches. To give users a better overview, the meteorological and operational data sets were supplemented with further relevant derived parameters. The acoustic data include anonymized sound pressure levels and third-octave spectra as well as audio data. In addition, metadata, an overview of the data availability, and three exemplary use cases were published. In one use case, for example, input and output data sets of a sound propagation model are provided. The concept of the data repository is explained in the document "Specification 2.0". The preparation, selection, and classification of the data, as well as the derivation of the supplementary parameters is described in the uploaded document "Best-Practice Methods".
