Analyse und Auswertung der Entwicklung des IAEO-Regelwerks sowie Verfolgung des Standes von Wissenschaft und Technik

Abstract

Im BMUKN-Vorhaben 4723R01401 mit einer Laufzeit vom 08.09.2023 bis 30.04.2025 führte die GRS die Verfolgung des fortschreitenden Standes von Wissenschaft und Technik sowie dem Erkenntnisgewinn und der Erkenntnisaufbereitung auf dem Gebiet der nuklearen Sicherheit durch die Analyse internationaler Sicherheitsstandards und die Mitarbeit in internationalen Arbeitsgruppen fort. Die inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte lagen dabei auf der aktiven Verfolgung und Mitgestaltung des Prozesses der Erarbeitung und Änderung von IAEO Safety Standards sowie auf der Teilnahme und aktiven Mitarbeit in ausgewählten Arbeitsgruppen des Committee on the Safety of Nuclear Installations (CSNI) der OECD/NEA. Das Ziel des Vorhabens bestand in der Aufrechterhaltung, der Weiterentwicklung und dem Vorhalten der Expertise der GRS in einem breiten Spektrum an wissenschaftlich-technischen Themen. Dies sollte sicherstellen, dass die GRS als Expertenorganisation zu verschiedenen Themen kurzfristig aussagefähig ist und das BMUKN unter Berücksichtigung des aktuellen Standes von Wissenschaft und Technik beraten kann. Im vorliegenden Abschlussbericht werden die Ergebnisse, die in den beiden Arbeitspaketen des Vorhabens erzielt wurden, zusammenfassend dargestellt.

In the BMUKN project 4723R01401, which was conducted from 08.09.2023 to 30.04.2025, GRS continued to monitor the advancing state of science and technology as well as the acquisition and processing of knowledge in the field of nuclear safety by analysis of international safety standards and participation in international working groups. The focus of the project was on actively following and contributing to the process of developing and revising IAEA Safety Standards, as well as participating in and actively contributing to selected Working Groups of the OECD/NEA Committee on the Safety of Nuclear Installations (CSNI). The aim of the project was to maintain and develop the expertise of GRS in a wide range of scientific and technical topics. This should ensure that GRS, as an expert organization, is able to provide information on various topics at short notice and to advise the BMUKN taking into account the current state of science and technology. This final report summarizes the results of the two work packages of the project.
