Communities of Practice NRW für eine innovative Lehrerbildung (ComeIn) - Qualitätsoffensive Lehrerbildung

Abstract

Im Verbundvorhaben ComeIn haben sich alle zwölf lehrerbildenden Universitäten des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen (NRW) sowie eine Vielzahl von Vertreterinnen und Vertretern der zweiten und dritten Ausbildungsphase zusammengeschlossen. Die Partner haben in fachbezogenen und fächerübergreifenden sogenannten Communities of Practice (CoP) Konzepte und Produkte zur systematischen Förderung digitalisierungsbezogener Kompetenzen von Lehrpersonen im Hinblick auf die Unterstützung organisationaler Veränderungsprozesse von Schule sowie des fachlichen und fachübergreifenden Lernens von Schülerinnen und Schülern erarbeitet. Die Ergebnisse flossen u. a. in ein Metaportal ein, über das die entwickelten Open Educational Resources zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Am Standort Paderborn waren die CoP Medienbezogene Schulentwicklung (MeSE) und das Qualitätsmanagement des Verbundes angesiedelt.

All twelve teacher training universities in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and a large number of representatives from the second and third phases of training have joined forces in the ComeIn joint project. In subject-related and interdisciplinary Communities of Practice (CoP), the partners have developed concepts and products for the systematic promotion of digitization-related skills of teachers with regard to the support of organizational change processes in schools as well as the subject-related and interdisciplinary learning of students. Among other things, the results were incorporated into a metaportal via which the developed open educational resources were made available. The Paderborn site headed the CoP Media-related School Development (MeSE) and conducted the network's quality management.
