Technik und Wirtschaft: integrierte Didaktik Akronym: TWIND

Abstract

Das Gesamtziel des Verbundprojekts TWIND bestand darin, multimediale digitale Bildungsressourcen oder kurz gesagt, Medienpakete, zu entwickeln. Diese waren speziell dafür ausgelegt, die Lehrkompetenzen von aktuellen und zukünftigen Lehrkräften in gewerblich-technischen, kaufmännisch-verwaltenden und allgemeinbildenden Bereichen durchgängig und effizient zu verbessern - einschließlich der Möglichkeit, diese Fähigkeiten zu überprüfen. Eine wesentliche Neuerung war die Bereitstellung dieser innovativen, getesteten und bewerteten digitalen Ressourcen auf einer Online-Plattform als frei verfügbare Bildungsmaterialien, um so eine landes-weite Vernetzung und den Austausch von Wissen zu fördern. Der inhaltliche Rahmen dieser Bildungsangebote basierte auf einem interdisziplinär abgestimmten, integrativen Modell, das auf bewährten evidenzbasierten Konzepten und den Erfahrungen aus früheren QLB-Projekten aufbaute und die gesamte Bandbreite der beruflichen Lehrkräfteausbildung abdeckte. TWIND zielte darauf ab, thematisch spezialisierte digitale Bildungspakete zu schaffen, die flexibel auf unterschiedliche Situationen angepasst werden können und einer weiten Zielgruppe zugänglich sind. Im Verbundprojekt TWIND (Technik und Wirtschaft. Integrierte Didaktik) wurden für die Lehrerbildung im berufsbildenden Bereich Medienpakete, also fachdidaktisch fundierte multimediale Lehr-Lernpakete, entwickelt und erprobt. Mit diesen Paketen können die Handlungskompetenzen (angehender) Lehrer:innen im gewerblich-technischen gefördert werden. Am Standort PH Schwäbisch Gmünd sind in der Abteilung Berufspädagogik insgesamt drei komplexe und umfassende Medienpakete entwickelt, evaluiert und anschließend veröffentlicht worden. Aufgrund der Verlinkung mit anderen Länderplattformen sind die Pakete bundesweit recherchier- und nutzbar. Daneben wurden, im Einklang mit dem Projektantrag noch eine Reihe weiterer Punkte realisiert. Hierbei ist besonders das standortübergreifende Projektvideo und die umfangreiche Aufbereitung der Open Educational Resources (OER) Thematik für den Gesamtverbund hervorzuheben. These were specifically designed to consistently and efficiently improve the teaching skills of current and future teachers in industrial-technical, commercial-administrative and general education areas - including the ability to test these skills. A key innovation was the provision of these innovative, tested and evaluated digital resources on an online platform as freely available educational materials to promote nationwide networking and knowledge sharing. The content framework of these educational offerings was based on an interdisciplinary, integrative model that built on proven evidence-based concepts and the experience of previous QLB projects and covered the full range of vocational teacher training. TWIND aimed to create thematically specialized digital education packages that can be flexibly adapted to different situations and are accessible to a wide target group. In the joint project TWIND (Technik und Wirtschaft. Integrierte Didaktik), media packages, i.e. multimedia teaching and learning packages based on subject-specific didactics, were developed and tested for teacher training in the vocational education sector. These packages can be used to promote the skills of (prospective) teachers in the industrial-technical field. A total of three complex and comprehensive media packages have been developed, evaluated and subsequently released. The packages can be accessed and used nationwide thanks to links with other state platforms. In addition, a number of other points were realized in line with the project application. The cross-location project video and the comprehensive preparation of the Open Educational Resources (OER) topic for the entire network are particularly noteworthy.
