The hybrid electrolytes investigated here combine sulfide-based and polymeric components to unite the advantages of both material classes in solid-state batteries. They play a central role in improving the ionic conductivity, mechanical stability, and safety of modern energy storage systems. In this project, hybrid membranes composed of a Li-argyrodite and a polymer membrane were produced via infiltration, resulting in the successful fabrication of promising freestanding, flexible membranes. GCD-PCL (grafted cyclodextrin-polycaprolactone) and PPTTC (polypropylene trithiocarbonate) were used as binders, leading to mechanically more stable membranes. The microscopic and electrochemical characterization of the produced membranes was carried out using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The collected data were used to simulate ionic conductivity. The best membranes achieved ionic conductivities of up to 1.5 mS·cm⁻¹, approximately 50% of the simulated value. Evaluation in symmetric and half-cells showed that the membranes could operate under lower pressure compared to pure LPSCl1.5. Additionally, long-term cycling was conducted in full cells with NCM cathode composite and Si/C anode composite. The cells reached 100 charge and discharge cycles with a remaining capacity of 61%.eng
