Verbundprojekt: Pflegepraxiszentrum für Technikinteraktion und Pflegekompetenz - PPZ-Hannover; gefördert durch das Bundesinisterium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) zur Bekanntmachung "Zukunft der Pflege: Mensch-Technik-Interaktion für die Praxis"

Abstract

Zielsetzung des Projektes war die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des aus dem INSYDE-Projekt vorhandenen Prototyps zur Prävention und Behandlung von Dekubitus mittels eines intelligenten Pflegebettsystems mit Matratze. Es sollten zwei weitere Demonstratoren entwickelt und gefertigt werden, die einige, deutliche Verbesserungen mit sich bringen. Der Fokus sollte hierbei auf eine Gewichtsreduktion des Bettes, eine Optimierung der Sensorik, sowie des Algorithmus und eine Verbesserung der Ausstattung gelegt werden. Ein wesentlicher Aspekt des Projektes war die Begleitung der Entwicklung durch die Pflege der MHH, durch die eine Evaluation der Fortschritte erfolgte und uns somit wichtige Erkenntnisse für die weiteren Schritte brachte. Mit Abschluss des Forschungsprojektes konnten die gesetzten Ziele erreicht werden, so dass mit dem letzten Demonstrator das Pflegebettsystem Movacura entwickelt wurde, welches voll funktionsfähig ist und mit welchem wir einer Marktfähigkeit sehr nahegekommen sind. Zur Verwertbarkeit und den Anwendungsmöglichkeiten lässt sich sagen, dass neben einer klinischen Prüfung als Basis für eine Zulassung noch Partner notwendig wären um ein Vermarktungsmodell darstellen zu können. With the completion of the research project, the set goals were achieved, so that with the last demonstrator, the Movacura care bed system was developed, which is fully functional and with which we have come very close to marketability. With regard to usability and possible applications, it can be said that in addition to a clinical trial as the basis for approval, partners would still be necessary to be able to present a marketing model.
