For about 60 years the IS machine is applied for the manufacture of hollow glass containers. Step-by-step improvements carried out in the course of years and in addition the all-round possibility for application have made this machine the most wide-spread type for hollow glass production. Improved mechanisms have considerably increased its production safety and efficiency. With the development of the NNPB process and its further development to the ΗAP, more and more possibilities open up for present and future hollow glass manufacturing machines.ger
