Verbundprojekt: DiGoCheck - Digitale geometrische Qualitätssicherung im Schiffbau; Teilprojekt: Entwicklung von Verfahren zur Echtzeitdarstellung von Abweichungen am Bauteil mittels AR-Technologien

Abstract

DiGoCheck steht in unmittelbarem Bezug zu den Zielen des Forschungsprogramms "Maritime Forschungsstrategie 2025" mit dem Entwicklungsschwerpunkt zum Querschnittsthema "Maritime Digitalisierung und smarte Technologien in der Produktion maritimer Systeme", indem die Entwicklung von Verfahren zur digitalen geometrischen Qualitätssicherung im Montageprozess die Produktivität sowie Qualität erhöhen sollen. Die Herausforderungen im Teilvorhaben bestanden in der Beherrschung großer Datenmengen und komplexer Modelle - sowohl für die automatischen und manuellen Datentools im Redaktionsumfeld als auch für die angestrebten Echtzeitanforderungen auf mobilen Endgeräten. Kernprobleme waren auch die präzise Positionierung und robustes Tracking bei gleichzeitiger Navigation in komplexen 3D-Modellen. SKM hat wesentliche spezifische Informationsobjekte für AR-Echtzeitanforderungen und Datentools für rollengerechten AR-Content - sowie Anwender-Apps mit robustem Tracking, Positionierung, Visualisierung, Instruktion und Interaktion entwickelt. Außerdem wurden prototypische Datenservices für eine sichere Integration in digitale Bestands-IT-Prozesskette realisiert. Durch die im Bericht aufgeführten Ergebnisse kann SKM bzgl. Services und Lösungen für industrielle digitale CAD/CAM-Prozessketten durch den Ausbau der Kompetenz für mobile XR-Anwendungen in der Produktion & QM seine Position am nationalen und internationalen Markt weiter stärken und sichern. Die wirtschaftlichen Erfolgsaussichten und auch die direkte wissenschaftliche, wirtschaftliche Anschlussfähigkeit für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Ergebnisse sind ideal gegeben, da SKM neben seiner Vertriebsaktivität mit seinen CAD/CAM/XR - Produkten auch mit seinen Technologiepartnern bzgl. Forschung sehr eng mit Instituten, Firmen und Universitäten vernetzt ist. Der Standort Deutschland profitiert von der stetig steigenden Innovationskraft der S.K.M. Informatik GmbH mit seinen besonderen Synergieeffekten aus CAD, CAM & XR-Entwicklungsexpertise. Datei-Upload durch TIB DiGoCheck is directly related to the goals of the research program "Maritime Research Strategy 2025" with the development focus on the cross-cutting topic of "Maritime digitization and smart technologies in the production of maritime systems", in which the development of methods for digital geometric quality assurance in the assembly process is intended to increase productivity and quality. The challenges in the sub-project were the mastery of large amounts of data and complex models - both for the automatic and manual data tools in the editorial environment and for the desired real-time requirements on mobile devices. Core problems were also precise positioning and robust tracking while simultaneously navigating complex 3D models. SKM has developed essential specific information objects for real-time AR requirements and data tools for role-appropriate AR content - as well as user apps with robust tracking, positioning, visualization, instruction and interaction. In addition, prototype data services were implemented for secure integration into the existing digital IT process chain. Through the results listed in the report, SKM can further strengthen and secure its position on the national and international market with regard to services and solutions for industrial digital CAD/CAM process chains by expanding its competence for mobile XR applications in production & QM. The economic prospects of success and also the direct scientific, economic compatibility for a successful implementation of the results are ideally given, since SKM is very closely networked with institutes, companies and universities in addition to its sales activities with its CAD/CAM/XR products with its technology partners in terms of research.
