| dc.description.abstract | Das Verbundprojekt "ReSaMon" entwickelte ein zerstörungsfreies Monitoring-System für Sandwichelemente im Leichtbau mittels kontaktfreier Ultraschalltechnik. Unter Koordination der Covestro Deutschland AG erarbeiteten die Partner ein System zur Fehlstellenerkennung während der Produktion und zur langfristigen Bewertung der Materialeigenschaften. Kernelemente waren die Charakterisierung von Anomalien, die Entwicklung eines echtzeitfähigen digitalen Zwillings und verbesserte Bemessungsverfahren für Sandwichelemente. Die Integration in die Produktionskette reduziert Ausschuss, steigert die Ressourceneffizienz und verbessert die Produktqualität. | ger | 
| dc.description.abstract | The joint project "ReSaMon" developed a non-destructive monitoring system for lightweight sandwich panels using contactless ultrasound technology. Under the coordination of Covestro Deutschland AG, the partners developed a system for defect detection during production and for long-term evaluation of material properties. Key elements were the characterization of anomalies, the development of a real-time digital twin and improved design methods for sandwich panels. Integration into the production chain reduces waste, increases resource efficiency and improves product quality. | eng |
