Communities of Practice NRW für eine Innovative Lehrerbildung (ComeIn); Qualitätsoffensive Lehrerbildung

Abstract

Der Projektverbund ComeIn NRW hat das Ziel, Forschungsdesideraten zu digitalisierungsbezogenen Aspekten in den drei Bildungsphase der Lehrkräfteaus- sowie -fortbildung zu begegnen. Neben den zwölf lehrkräftebildendenden Universitäten NRWs als Verbundpartner haben Schul- und Wissenschaftsministerium NRW, die fünf Bezirksregierungen sowie die QUA-LiS als ständige und enge Kooperationspartner im Projektverlauf 2020-2023 fungiert. Am Universitätsstandort Siegen wurden die CoP Kunst und Musik sowie die CoP Inklusion (mit)verantwortet. Ziel der CoP Kunst und Musik war es, Möglichkeiten und Grenzen eines digital unterstützten und begleitenden musik- und kunstpädagogischen Handelns unter Berücksichtigung aktueller wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse herauszuarbeiten und auf dieser Basis entsprechende fachspezifische Konzepte und Produkte für alle Phasen der Lehrkräftebildung zu entwickeln, zu erproben und zu evaluieren. Die Verschränkung zwischen medien- und förderpädagogischen sowie inklusiven Ansätzen in Verbindung mit fachdidaktischen und fachwissenschaftlichen Perspektiven stand im Zentrum der Arbeit der CoP Inklusion. Der Schlussbericht für den Teilstandort Siegen gibt einen Überblick über die von den zwei CoPs im Projektzeitraum entwickelten digitalen Ressourcen sowie verschiedene Publikationen, die ihre Ergebnisse für unterschiedliche nationale und internationale Fachcommunitys präsentieren und diskutieren. Datei-Upload durch TIB The ComeIn NRW network aims to address research desiderata on digitalization-related aspects in the three educational phases of teacher training and further training. In addition to the twelve teacher training universities in NRW as network partners, the NRW Ministry of Education and Science, the five district governments and QUA-LiS acted as permanent and close cooperation partners over the course of the 2020-2023 project. The University of Siegen was (co-)responsible for the CoP (Community of Practice) Art and Music and the CoP Inclusion. The aim of the CoP Art and Music was to work out the possibilities and limits of digitally supported and accompanying music and art education, taking into account current scientific findings, and on this basis to develop, test and evaluate corresponding subject-specific concepts and products for all phases of teacher training. The work of the CoP Inclusion focused on the interweaving of media and support pedagogical and inclusive approaches in conjunction with subject-specific didactic and scientific perspectives. The final report for the subproject Siegen provides an overview of the digital resources developed by the two CoPs during the project period as well as various publications that present and discuss their results for different national and international specialist communities.
