Abstract

Das Projekt GAIA‑X 4 AGEDA entwickelte eine GAIA‑X‑konforme Architektur für Fahrzeuge als Edge‑Geräte, um souveräne und interoperable Datenräume im Mobilitätssektor zu ermöglichen. Im Fokus standen Use Cases wie Collective Vision & Control und das Physical Internet, die zeigen, wie cloud‑ und edgebasierte Dienste zur Verbesserung von Verkehrssicherheit, Datenintegration und dynamischen Fahrzeugfunktionen beitragen können. Durch die Ausarbeitung technischer Anforderungen, die Entwicklung einer modularen Cloud‑ und Edge‑Plattform, die Umsetzung von GAIA‑X‑konformen Identitäts‑ und Vertragsmechanismen sowie prototypische Demonstratoren entstand ein tragfähiges Fundament für zukünftige Mobilitäts‑ und Logistikanwendungen in europäischen Datenräumen. The GAIA‑X 4 AGEDA project developed a GAIA‑X‑compliant architecture for vehicles as edge devices to enable sovereign and interoperable data spaces in the mobility domain. Key focus areas included use cases such as Collective Vision & Control and the Physical Internet, demonstrating how cloud‑ and edge‑based services can enhance traffic safety, data integration, and dynamic in‑vehicle functionality. By defining technical requirements, creating a modular cloud‑edge platform, implementing GAIA‑X‑aligned identity and contract mechanisms, and realizing prototype demonstrators, the project provides a solid foundation for future mobility and logistics applications within European data spaces.
