dc.description.abstract | The glass mini-electrode, with solid (Li/Pb alloy) contact with lithium silicate glass (containing La₂O₃ and ZrO₂), is prepared, which diameter is 2 mm and length 7mm. The measuring range of pH value is 1-9; the transition parameter is larger than 90%; response time is less than 10s. The stomach juices of 18 white rats are surveyed. The results show that pH values of them are within 2-5 and the average deviation is less than 0.1 compared to that measured by PB-20 Sartorius acidimeter. There is a great potential for the mini-electrode to be applied to examining mortal stomach juice, for diagnosing stomach- disorder and cancer in advance. | eng |
