Bildung von Silicaten mit Blei in zwei Oxidationsstufen

Abstract

Bleireiche Silicatschmelzen führen im Kontakt mit Al₂O₃ zu vier Verbindungen, von welchen eine auffallend braunrot gefärbt ist und Blei in 2- und 4wertigem Oxidationszustand enthält. Diese Substanz, die eine für Bleiverbindungen ungewöhnliche thermische Stabilität bis 764 °C zeigt, ist wahrscheinlich der Gruppe der Inselsilicate zuzuordnen. Ein analoges Reaktionsprodukt entstand bei der Verwendung von Ga₂O₃ an Stelle von Al₂O₃

Formation of silicates with lead in two oxidation states Melting silicates with high rate of lead yield in contact with Al₂O₃ four compounds. One of these compounds is red brown in colour and contains lead ions in the bivalent and tetravalent state. As a lead compound it shows an unusual thermal stability up to 764 °C. Probably this lead compound belongs to the group of nesosilicates. An analogous reaction product is formed if Ga₂O₃ is used in place of Al₂O₃

Formation de silicates contenant du plomb prsent sous deux degrs d'oxydation Au contact de Al₂O₃ les silicates fondus riches en plomb donnent naissance à quatre composés; l'un d'entre eux a une coloration rougebrun marquée et contient du plomb à l'état d'oxydation bivalent et tetravalent. Cette substance qui, jusqu'à 764 °C, fait preuve d'une stabilité thermique peu courante pour un composé du plomb, doit être rattachée probablement au groupe des silicates à structure en ilots. Un product de reaction analogue se forme lorsqu'on utilise Ga₂O₃ au lieu de Al₂O₃
