Digitalisiertes Lernen in der MINT - Lehrer*innenbildung (digiMINT)

Abstract

Das Vorhaben „digitalisiertes Lernen in der MINT-Lehrer*innenbildung (digiMINT)“ wurde in Anlehnung an das Strategiepapier der Kultusministerkonferenz (KMK) „Bildung in der digitalen Welt“ entwickelt und zielt auf die systematische und nachhaltige Fortentwicklung des Lehramtsstudiums am Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) ab. Das Projekt setzte neue Impulse im Bereich der Digitalisierung in der Lehrkräfteausbildung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis. Neben dem Einsatz modernster Technologie lag der Fokus vor allem auf dem methodisch-didaktischen Einsatz dieser Technologien im Unterricht, sei es in 360°-Sportvideos, mathematischen Escape-Games oder Lehr-Lern-Videos zur Biomechanik. Dank des neu eingerichteten Digital Learning Lab und eines fächerübergreifenden Medien- und Digitalkonzepts können Lehramtsstudierende am KIT künftig Kompetenzen zum Einsatz von digitalen Tools im Schulunterricht erwerben und deren Einsatz auf Wirksamkeit kritisch hinterfragen. The project set new impulses in the field of digitization in teacher training at the interface between science and practice. In addition to the use of state-of-the-art technology, the focus was primarily on the methodological and didactic use of these technologies in teaching, whether in 360° sports videos, mathematical escape games, or teaching and learning videos on biomechanics. Thanks to the newly established Digital Learning Lab and an interdisciplinary media and digital concept, teacher education students at KIT will be able to acquire competencies for the use of digital tools in school teaching and critically evaluate their effectiveness.
