Abstract

Das (Teil-)Projekt Campus Qualität innovative Lehr- und Lernformate sowie Umsetzungsstrategien für die Hochschullehre zielt auf zwei Aspekte der Qualitätssicherung und -entwicklung ab. Es wurden in zwei Arbeitspaketen innovative Impulse für die berufliche Lehrer*innen-Bildung in Hinblick auf Digitalisierung, Fortentwicklung der beruflichen (Fach-)Didaktiken sowie dem Praxisbezug geschaffen. Im Arbeitspaket ‚Campus Qualität 1‘ wurde über das serverbasierte System Mahara ein standort- und phasenübergreifendes ressourcenorientiertes E-Portfolio entwickelt und implementiert. Das E-Portfolio dient der Sammlung und Dokumentation von Entwicklungs- und Reflexionsprozessen sowie der systematischen phasenübergreifenden Ressourcenarbeit in den Praxisphasen der angehenden Lehrkräfte. Das Arbeitspaket ‚Campus Qualität 2‘ zielte darauf ab, die monoprofessionelle Ausbildungskultur im Gesundheitswesen, um interprofessionelle Lehr- und Lernelemente zu erweitern. Dafür wurden interprofessionelle Lehr- und Lernformate (IPLL) sowie Umsetzungsstrategien für die Hochschullehre und die berufschulische Praxis entwickelt und erprobt. In two work packages, innovative impulses were created for vocational teacher training with regard to digitization, further development of vocational didactics and practical relevance. In the 'Campus Quality 1' work package, a cross-location and cross-phase resource-oriented e-portfolio was developed and implemented using the server-based Mahara system. The e-portfolio serves to collect and document development and reflection processes as well as systematic cross-phase resource work in the practical phases of the trainee teachers. The 'Campus Quality 2' work package aimed to expand the monoprofessional training culture in the healthcare sector to include inter-professional teaching and learning elements. To this end, interprofessional teaching and learning formats (IPLL) and implementation strategies for university teaching and vocational school practice were developed and tested.
