Untersuchung der Eignung eines Financial Big Data Clusters zur Sicherung der Datensouveränität im Finanzsektor - Projektakronym: safeFBDC

Abstract

Das Ziel dieses Förderprojekts „Untersuchung der Eignung eines Financial Big Data Clusters (FBDC) zur Absicherung der Datensouveränität im Finanzsektor (safeFBDC)“ war die Erforschung, Entwicklung und prototypische Erprobung von KI-Algorithmen im Finanzsektor anhand verschiedener Anwendungsfälle. Darüber hinaus wurde im Projekt ein ganzheitliches Plattformkonzept zur Verstetigung der Projektergebnisse im Rahmen einer FBDC-Plattform erstellt und begründet. Es beinhaltet sowohl die technische Dimension (IT-Infrastrukturkonzept) als auch die analytische Dimension (KI-Konzept) und die organisatorische und operative Perspektive (Organisationskonzept und Konzept zur betriebswirtschaftlichen Fundierung). Zum Organisationskonzept gehört das IT-Infrastrukturkonzept – das technische Rückgrat der FBDC-Finanzdatenplattform – in dem sowohl die Hardware als auch die Software und ihre Handhabungsprozesse beschrieben sind, die den besonderen Anforderungen im Hinblick auf die Datensouveränität, Datenaustausch aber auch Sicherheit und Vertraulichkeit genügen. Der Schlussbericht fasst alle Ergebnisse aus der dreijährigen Projetlaufzeit zusammen. In addition, a holistic platform concept for perpetuating the project results within the framework of an FBDC platform was created and established as part of the project. It includes the technical dimension (IT infrastructure concept) as well as the analytical dimension (AI concept) and the organisational and operational perspective (organisational concept and concept for the business foundation). The organisational concept includes the IT infrastructure concept - the technical backbone of the FBDC financial data platform - in which both the hardware and the software and their handling processes are described, which meet the special requirements with regard to data sovereignty, data exchange, but also security and confidentiality. The final report summarises all the results from the three-year project period.
