Communities of Practice NRW für eine Innovative Lehrerbildung (ComeIn) - Qualitätsoffensive Lehrerbildung

Abstract

Das Verbundprojekt „Communities of Practice NRW für eine Innovative Lehrerbildung“ (ComeIn) verfolgte die beiden zentralen Ziele, erstens Ressourcen entlang der schulischen Bedarfe zur Förderung digitalisierungsbezogener Kompetenzen zu entwickeln und zweitens einen Prototyp für die Zusammenarbeit von Wissenschaft und Fortbildungspraxis zu entwerfen. Der vorliegende Bericht dokumentiert den Beitrag des Teilprojekts der Universität Bielefeld (FKZ: 01 JA 2033 C) zum Gelingen des Gesamtprojekts. Im Rahmen der Kommunikation mit den Bezirksregierungen, dem NRW-Landesinstitut (QUA-LiS) und dem Schulministerium (MSB) sowie dem Wissenschaftsministerium (MKW) von Nordrhein-Westfalen konnten Impulse zur Organisation und den Steuerungsstrukturen der Fortbildungssysteme der anderen Bundesländer in den Diskurs eingebracht werden. So konnten Impulse für das Fortbildungssystem für Lehrkräfte in NRW gegeben werden, wie dieses sich im Abgleich mit den anderen Systemen spezifischer profilieren und ausdifferenzieren kann. Die acht Communities of Practice des ComeIn-Verbundes entwickelten in der Projektlaufzeit Ausbildungskonzepte und Fortbildungskonzepte sowie Materialien für die Lehrkräfteausbildung und die Fortbildung. Hierzu haben die Bielefelder Mitwirkenden bedeutsame Beiträge geleistet. Die Materialien werden dauerhaft im ComeIn-Metaportal (https://comein.nrw/portal/ressourcen/) zur Verfügung gestellt. Ausgehend von ComeIn konnte eine Bielefelder Digitalisierungsstrategie für die Lehrkräftebildung im Vorstand der Bielefeld School of Education (BiSEd) verabschiedet werden. Im Verbundprojekt gewonnene Erkenntnisse fanden Eingang in Angebote der Lehrkräftebildung am Standort Bielefeld. Im Kontext der Bielefelder Projektarbeit entstanden neben den Digitalen Ressourcen zahlreiche Publikationen, Tagungsbeiträge, Online-Impulse und Workshops. Während der Projektlauftzeit von ComeIn erfolgte die Veranstaltungsplanung für über dreißig Online-Vorträge. Die durch ComeIn initiierte Veranstaltungsreihe ›Bi*digital Impulse‹ wird auch nach Projektende weiter fortgeführt.

The joint project "Communities of Practice NRW for Innovative Teacher Education" (ComeIn) pursued the two central objectives of firstly developing resources in line with school needs to promote digitization-related skills and secondly designing a prototype for cooperation between science and teacher training practices. This report documents the contribution of Bielefeld University's sub-project (FKZ: 01 JA 2033 C) to the success of the joint project. As part of the communication with the district governments, the NRW-state institute (QUA-LiS) and the Ministry of Education (MSB) as well as the Ministry of Science (MKW) of Northrine-Westfalia (NRW), impulses on the organization and control structures of the in-service training system for teachers of the other federal states were introduced into the discourse. This provided impetus for the in-service training system for teachers in NRW to develop a more specific profile and differentiation in comparison with the other systems. During the project, the eight Communities of Practice of the ComeIn network developed training concepts and concepts for in-service training for teachers as well as materials for teacher training and in-service training. The Bielefeld participants have made significant contributions to this. The materials will be made permanently available on the ComeIn metaportal (https://comein.nrw/portal/ressourcen/). Based on ComeIn, a Bielefeld digitalization strategy for teacher training was adopted by the board of the Bielefeld School of Education (BiSEd). The knowledge gained from the joint project was incorporated into teacher training courses at Bielefeld. In addition to the digital resources, numerous publications, conference contributions, online impulses and workshops were produced in the context of the Bielefeld project work. During the ComeIn project, over thirty online lectures were planned. The 'Bi*digital Impulse' series of events initiated by ComeIn will continue after the end of the project.
