Projekt Communities of Practice NRW für eine Innovative Lehrerbildung (COMeIN)

Abstract

Zur Zielsetzung der Arbeiten gehört die Entwicklung einer Digitalisierungsstrategie sowie die Entwicklung von Konzepten für den Erwerb digitalisierungsbezogener Kompetenzen in allen Phasen der Lehrkräftebildung. In Form eines dynamischen Prozesses wurden Umrisse eines gemeinsamen Curriculums sowie Aus- und Fortbildungsstandards im Bereich digitalisierungsbezogener Kompetenzen erarbeitet und tragfähige Kooperationsstrategien von erster bis dritter Phase der Lehrkräftebildung entwickelt und erprobt. Die Universität Bonn beteiligte sich schwerpunktmäßig in der CoP GeiWi mit dem Sub-Schwerpunkt Deutsch und widmete sich hier v.a. dem Zusammenspiel von Sprache, Kommunikation und Digitalisierung sowie den gesellschaftlichen Implikationen von Digitalisierung auf Bildung. Ein Fokus lag auf der Entwicklung fachbezogener Ressourcen (v.a. die Ressource DEuS: Digitale Editionen und Schule) auf der Grundlage einer vorab durchgeführten Bedarfsanalyse bei Studierenden. Die Ergebnisse trugen u.a. zu einer Neukonzeption des Masterstudiengangs für das Fach Deutsch bei, durch die die Entwicklung der Digitalisierungsstrategie für die Lehrkräftebildung an der Universität Bonn unterstützt wird und zugleich Projektergebnisse aus COMeIN unmittelbar in die Ausbildung implementiert werden. Darüber hinaus wurden digitalisierungsbezogene Entwicklungen des Theaters als Lerngegenstand für den Deutschunterricht erarbeitet, z.B. die vertiefte Auseinandersetzung mit KI in Theaterproduktionen bzw. mit Formen des Responding auf (digitale) Theaterformate. Neben diesen Arbeiten engagierten sich ebenso die Fächer Fachdidaktik Geschichte, Fachdidaktik Informatik, Fachdidaktik Mathematik, Religionspädagogik und Schulpädagogik in Communities of Practice ohne Ressourcen. In the form of a dynamic process, outlines of a common curriculum as well as training and continuing education standards in the area of digitalization-related competencies were drawn up and viable cooperation strategies from the first to the third phase of teacher training were developed and tested. The University of Bonn participated primarily in the CoP GeiWi with a sub-focus on German and devoted itself primarily to the interaction of language, communication and digitalization as well as the social implications of digitalization on education. One focus was on the development of subject-related resources (especially the resource DEuS: Digital Editions and School) based on a prior needs analysis of students. The results contributed, among other things, to a new conception of the master's program for the subject of German, which supports the development of the digitalization strategy for teacher training at the University of Bonn and at the same time implements project results from COMeIN directly into the training. In addition, digitalization-related developments in theater were developed as a learning subject for German lessons, e.g. the in-depth discussion of AI in theater productions or forms of responding to (digital) theater formats. In addition to these works, the subjects of history didactics, computer science didactics, mathematics didactics, religious education and school education were also involved in communities of practice without resources.
