Verbundprojekt: IntRobAS-Intelligente Roboteranlagen in der Unikatfertigung im Schiffbau - Vorhaben: Entwicklung modularer Anlagenkonzepte für Schweißroboter im Schiffbau

Abstract

Es sollten verschiedene Anlagenkonzepte für unterschiedlichste Produktionsaufgaben, wie sie bei Mikropaneelen, orthogonalen Volumenstrukturen oder auch gekrümmten Strukturen notwendig werden, auf Grundlage modular einsetzbarer Anlagenkomponenten abgebildet werden. Dazu wurden verschiedene Sonderfunktionen je nach Produktionsaufgabe dargestellt. Durch die Verwendung eines Baukastensystems sollte eine operationelle und technisch/wirtschaftliche Optimierung der entsprechenden Anlagenkonzepte erreicht werden. Darüber hinaus wurden in Ausblick auf eine digitale Fabrik Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden IT-Systemen der Werften geschaffen. Neben der Ebene Fertigungsplanung und Betriebsdatenerfassung lag die Ebene Qualitätskontrolle und ständige Prozessüberwachung im Fokus der Arbeiten.
