Lehrerbildung an berufsbildenden Schulen 2 - LEBUS²

Abstract

Mit dem Projekt LEBUS 2 wird eine systematische Förderung und nachhaltige Stärkung der Ausbildung im Lehramt für berufsbildende Schulen in gewerblich-technischen Fachrichtungen fokussiert. Aufbauend auf den Ergebnissen der ersten Förderphase, sollen erstens die Förderung und Analyse von Kompetenzen im Umgang mit Inklusion und Heterogenität im Lehramt für berufsbildende Schulen (TP-1) erforscht werden. Zweitens wird die Förderung der Lehrkräfteprofessionalisierung zu innovativen Lehr- und Lerntechnologien sowie komplexen technischen Experimenten im Kontext der Digitalisierung der Berufs- und Arbeitswelt in den Blick genommen - nicht zuletzt auch unter dem Aspekt der damit verbundenen vielfältigen Implikationen für eine innovative Lehrerbildung an berufsbildenden Schulen (TP-2).
