Einzelvorhaben im Schwerpunkt "Lehrkräftebildung für die beruflichen Schulen“. Innovationsnetzwerk zur Aus- und Fortbildung von Lehrkräften für berufliche Schulen in gewerblich-technischen Fachrichtungen in Schleswig-Holstein (InnoNetSH)

Abstract

Das Einzelvorhaben „InnoNet.sh“ wurde im Rahmen der „Qualitätsoffensive Lehrerbildung“ als Entwicklungsprojekt am Berufsbildungsinstitut Arbeit und Technik (biat) an der Europa-Universität Flensburg (EUF) verortet. Ziel des Vorhabens war es, sowohl das Studium „Lehramt für berufliche Schulen“ in den vier beruflichen Fachrichtungen Elektro-, Fahrzeug-, Informations- und Metalltechnik sowie der Berufspädagogik am biat als auch die Lehrkräftefortbildung systematisch und nachhaltig zu verbessern. Das Lehramt für berufliche Schulen, vor allem im gewerblich-technischen Bereich, steht vor der Herausforderung eines Mangels an universitär ausgebildeten Lehrkräften. Wesentliche Ziele des Vorhabens waren daher einerseits die Rekrutierung Studierender in bedarfsdeckender Anzahl sowie andererseits die gleichzeitige Verbesserung der Qualität der Lehrkräftebildung im genannten Bereich. Durch die Entwicklung und Gestaltung innovativer Lehr-/Lernkontexte wurden mit Projektbeginn die Bildungsangebote vielfältiger, attraktiver, flexibler und phasenübergreifend vernetzt. Um dieses zu erreichen, kooperiert das biat seit Projektbeginn mit weiteren inneruniversitären und externen Partnern. The aim of the project was to systematically and sustainably improve both the teacher training programme for vocational schools in the four vocational fields of electrical, automotive, information and metal technology and vocational education at biat, as well as teacher training. The teaching profession for vocational schools, especially in the industrial-technical field, faces the challenge of a shortage of university-trained teachers. The main objectives of the project were therefore, on the one hand, to recruit students in sufficient numbers to meet demand and, on the other hand, to improve the quality of teacher training in this area. By developing and designing innovative teaching/learning contexts, the educational programmes were made more diverse, attractive, flexible and interlinked across phases from the start of the project. In order to achieve this, biat has been cooperating with other internal and external partners since the start of the project.
