Research - Relevance - Responsibility. Exzellenz in der Lehrerbildung – Konsolidierung der Grundstruktur und Intensivierung der Forschung zur Weiterentwicklung der Lehrerbildung an der Tübingen School of Education (TüSE)

Abstract

Mit den Fördermitteln der 1. Phase und umfassenden Eigenleistungen der Universität wurde die Tübinger Lehrkräftebildung im Rahmen einer universitären Gesamtstrategie und durch den Aufbau der Tübingen School of Education (TüSE) in eine völlig neue Grundstruktur überführt. Aufbauend darauf zielte das Projekt „Konsolidierung der Grundstruktur und Intensivierung der Forschung zur Weiterentwicklung der Lehrerbildung an der Tübingen School of Education (TüSE)“ auf die Stärkung und den weiteren Ausbau der TüSE, ihrer Arbeitsbereiche und Angebotsstrukturen für verschiedene Zielgruppen der Lehrkräftebildung. Die Arbeiten fokussierten insbesondere die Fortführung, Weiterentwicklung und Konsolidierung der übergeordneten Strukturen der TüSE sowie der Aktivitäten in den vier Arbeitsbereichen 2. Professionsbezug, 3. Forschung, 4. Nachwuchsförderung sowie 5. Inklusion/Exklusion und Diversity. Hierzu gehörten der Auf- und Ausbau professionsbezogener Angebote für Lehramtsstudierende (Beratungsangebot ProfiL, ePortfolio, Zusatzqualifikationen und alternative Praktika), Forschende und Nachwuchswissenschaftler:innen (Angebote im Nachwuchsförderprogramm TüNaPro, Schulnetzwerke) und Lehrkräfte (Lehrkräftefortbildungen, Aufbau einer nachhaltigen Weiterbildungsstruktur für den Bereich Lehren und Lernen mit digitalen Medien) sowie die Arbeiten in den drei bildungswissenschaftlichen Professuren, die im Laufe der 2. Förderphase eine Vielzahl an (standortübergreifenden) Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten und Antragsaktivitäten vorantrieben und die Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der Lehre ihres Themenbereichs im Bildungswissenschaftlichen Studium und im Nachwuchsförderprogramm TüNaPro verantworteten. Die im Rahmen des Projekts etablierten Strukturen und Arbeitsbereiche sowie die auf eine breite interne und externe Partizipation der Fächer, Fachdidaktiken und Bildungswissenschaften, der Studierenden sowie externer Kooperationspartner angelegte Gremienstruktur der TüSE gewährleisten auch über die Projektförderung hinaus eine dynamische, bedarfsgerechte und innovative Weiterentwicklung der Tübinger Lehrkräftebildung. This included the development and expansion of professional services for student teachers (ProfiL advisory service, ePortfolio, additional qualifications and alternative internships), researchers and early career researchers (services in the TüNaPro programme for early career researchers, school networks) and teachers (teacher training, development of a sustainable further training structure for teaching and learning with digital media) as well as the work in the three professorships in educational science, which advanced a large number of (cross-location) research and development projects and application activities during the second funding phase and were responsible for the implementation and further development of their subject area in the TüNaPro programme for early career researchers and in the TüNaPro programme for early career researchers. The structures and work areas established as part of the project as well as the TüSE committee structure, which is based on broad internal and external participation of the subjects, subject didactics and educational sciences, students and external cooperation partners, also ensure the dynamic, needs-based and innovative further development of teacher training in Tübingen beyond the project funding.
