Verbundprojekt ANITA - Autonome Innovation im Terminalablauf Automatisiertes Fahren von LKW im realen Logistikbetrieb

Abstract

Das Projekt ANITA (Autonome Innovation im Terminalablauf) war eine Kooperation zwischen der MAN Truck & Bus SE, der Deutschen Bahn AG, der Hochschule Fresenius und Götting KG. Das Ziel war einen autonomen LKW im Logistikprozess von der DB Intermodal Services (DBIS) und von Deutsche Umschlaggesellschaft Schiene-Straße mbH (DUSS) in Ulm zu integrieren. Das Projekt startete Mitte 2020 und endete im September 2023. Es handelt sich hier um den gemeinschaftlichen Projekt-Abschlussbericht. Die Ziele von ANITA waren vielfältig:

Integration eines autonomen LKWs im Terminalprozess unter realen Bedingungen: das autonome Fahrzeug sollte Missionen übernehmen, um Container zwischen dem Container-Depot von DB Intermodal Services und dem DUSS-Terminal in Ulm-Dornstadt zu überführen. Die Messfahrten und Pilotphase des Projekts wurden unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen durchgeführt. Entwicklung eines autonomen LKWs für die Anforderungen des ANITA-Projekts: Das Gelände von DBIS und DUSS stellte einige Herausforderungen für ein autonomes Fahrzeug dar. Im Laufe des Projekts sind Lösungen dafür entwickelt worden. Entwicklung eines Kommunikationssystems um den LKW, das Depot und das Terminal miteinander zu verbinden. Dieses Kommunikationssystem sollte sicherstellen, dass die für die Mission notwendigen Nachrichten bei allen Beteiligten des Logistikprozesses ankommt. Analyse der Systemperformance und der möglichen Erweiterung auf andere Terminals. Automatisierung des Ab-/Aufsattelns mit einem automatisieren Fahrzeug.
